My Life Designs sold a simple, elegant, and highly personal product: high-end semi-custom photo jewelry. However, the purchasing experience was so challenging that few customers could actually navigate the process. The pages shown above are part of a larger report that detailed the client’s customer typologies, identified key points of failure, and proposed actionable solutions.
