Veteran’s Forums for the Heinz Endowments

Partnering with the Heinz Endowments, the Department of Veteran’s Affairs and various veteran-focused not-for-profits, I was a key part of creating a series of  forums — 3 for veterans and 1 forum for service providers — to assess need and create a list of strategic goals for the MyVA Communities task force for Southwestern Pennsylvania.  I was a key part of designing the engagement events, developing goals for the forums, setting the agenda, developing discussion questions, briefing materials and surveys, collating and analyzing the data, and determining implications for action for the task force.
